c64b35db3b Migrate ER-SDE from VE to VP algorithm and add its sampler node (#8744)

75a26ed5ee Add a SamplerCustom Node. 
This node takes a list of sigmas and a sampler object as input.

This lets people easily implement custom schedulers and samplers as nodes.

More nodes will be added to it in the future.
