43694c43b2 Add SamplerEulerCFG++ node. 
This node should match the DDIM implementation of CFG++ when "regular" is
selected.

e7fb76e67b utils.set_attr can now be used to set any attribute. 
The old set_attr has been renamed to set_attr_param.
